The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the customary face-off, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly happening.
