Further Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
